Thought I’d post these pictures, taken a few years ago when travelling with Matt and Simon when they launched their first single as The Simonsound.  Matt’s (DJ Format) got a new record coming out, Statement of intent, and it’s a corker.  You can watch/listen to a sampler of the album here. Having seen the hard work that Matt has put into this, and because he’s one of the nicest/kindest people I know, I can’t wait to see this record come out and for it to get the attention it deserves.  Oh, and lookout for a DJ Format and Simonsound tour starting in March and heading to a town near you.

We had an unexpected visitor on Flickr.

I’ve mentioned my love of foxes before. Imagine my excitement when I saw this fox in our back garden. I took some back up digital photos, but, I’m really glad this appeared when I developed my negatives.

I spent a couple years working at Wimpy when I was 14. They were actually good times. We saved money and bought a drum machine and started making music. So, I love this Braile Wimpy burger. You’d probably need a bit more space to fit “Pork bender in a bun”.
